Night on the Star of India

Last school year we went to the Star of India. We took a tour of  The Star of  India, submarine and The Californian. I was in the Galley crew my nickname was bread. We cooked great meals for the captain and we cooked a bad meals for the crew. The Galley crew gets to go to the front of any line. They say there are ghosts ,but I saw zero ghosts. I do believe in ghosts. We slept at the aft of the boat. Aft is the rear. We had to raised  and lower a sail. Two  crews had to move , raised and lower cargo. We had to pretend we where raising sails another way.

Mini-Me

5th Grade Fun

We did a lot of  fun things in 5th grade. We went to J.A  Biz Town, YMCA, spent the night on the Star of India and we did a Living History museum.  For the Living History museum I was the Unsinkable Molly Brown. On the Star of India I was part of the Galley crew. My nickname was Bread. Our cook was called Cookie.  At  Junior Achievement Biz Town I was  a Disc Jockey for channel 93.3. We got our own checkbooks even our own banks. We got to write our own checks for anything we wanted to buy.
